You can now get great on-line training to meet your licensing requirements. Try these sites listed below.

Foster Care & Adoptive Community A wide selection of low-cost, high-quality training written by experts in the field. The process is simple -- read the course material, take a true/false or multiple choice test (and pass), then receive a certificate by email or download your certificate right from the web site. More than 107 courses (including 3 interactive courses), each for 2-4 credit hours. Courses are just $4 to $6.95 each (interactive and lifebook courses are slightly more).
Foster Parent College Complete annual training requirements at your convenience and get help when you need it. Quality interactive web-based training on behavioral issues and topics relevant to foster parenting. Solid training from nationally recognized experts such as Dr. Rick Delaney. Endorsed by NFPA, KidsPeace, Casey Family, and more. Email your certificate to your certifier. $8 per most self-paced courses.
FosterParentNet FPNet offers a variety of educational offerings by way of distance learning.  Participants take training at any time, and from anywhere - coursework is downloadable directly from the Internet.
Child Trauma Academy Free online courses relating to child trauma.  Training certificates cost $10 per household.
As Simple As That Focused primarily on adoption, racial and cultural issues, each web cast will feature a key note speaker who is a recognized expert in the topic, followed by a moderated panel discussion and a live, interactive question and answer session. Every registered participant will have the opportunity to learn and participate in a thriving community of like-minded adults.
